MEDrecord BV, a Dutch-based company specializing in delivering high-quality, secure eHealth apps, is seeking a Marketing and Sales Officer. This position provides an exciting opportunity to join a company that values stability, reliability, and continuous availability of software. MEDrecord creates innovative and complex web and mobile applications, utilizing the latest technology. We have an established platform with open REST API’s, and are working on several European projects focused on patient monitoring, artificial intelligence integration, and developing AI-based chatbots. As we continue to expand, we are setting up a new development team, and are looking for a talented Marketing and Sales Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Identify target markets and create targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to create compelling marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, such as online advertising, cold calling, and industry events.
- Nurture client relationships through regular communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the industry.
- Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably within the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel, as needed, to attend industry conferences and client meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
