We are seeking a Customer Service Repair Technician for our operations in Sarajevo, Bosnia and herzegovina, with customer-focus experience and technical skills to provide the desired post-sale technical support services to Printec's customers based on technology solutions and maintain trusted relationships with our customers.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Repair of the Module and Parts at the Service Centre, Spare Parts Management
  • Performing on site interventions: installations, relocations, corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Storage, shipping and receiving of equipment and spare parts
  • Support the production of pre-installation process containing detailed task lists and work plans following outlined templates
  • Spare parts ordering and defining min and max quantities of modules and repair materials
  • Performing internal and external trainings
  • Developing to support the ongoing administration, troubleshooting and support of onsite customer systems of his expertise
  • Remote resolving routine maintenance Incidents and Problems addressed either, directly from customers and/or through the company’s incident management tools
  • Develop existing skills and knowledge, as well as, appropriate support resources to find resolution to reported incidents
  • Perform regular reporting to Customer Service Manager and finance department
  • Perform regular reporting to the Customer Service Manager or Field Operations Team Leader.

Requirements

  • High School in Engineering, Computer science or field related to IT.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Experience in repairing electronic devices and mechanical parts.
  • Valid driving licence B-cat.
  • Familiarity with MS Environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, business awareness and creativity.
  • Fluency in local and English language.

Advantage would be:

  • Experience with ATM and PoS systems
  • Experience with banking technologies, transaction processing and applications for self-service equipment
