We are seeking for a highly competent professional to join our Customer Services team in Sarajevo. You will be responsible to provide business insights through reporting amp; controlling processes, advise and support the CS management team on cost controlling, identifying process slowdowns and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, monitor and study data available in CS department, to create custom (easy-to-interpret) reports.
  • Control and validate data entered in the internal systems by Field Technicians (e.g. validate working orders).
  • Able to produce in-depth reports, analyze data and suggest operational changes and improvements, where needed.
  • Responsible for timely and accurately response to country and group level requests on standard and ad hoc reporting.
  • Analyse customer requests for reports and provide timely feedback after alignment with direct manager.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather or share data and provide reports upon request.
  • Gathering feedback from end users to continue improving systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • 2-5 years overall work experience as Administrator or relevant role
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in financial/management reporting
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Working knowledge in ERP (SAP) systems will be considered a strong asset
  • Analytical thinker with strong business orientation and ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions
  • Strong organizational, detail orientation, time-management, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent command of the Bosnian and English language
