We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Technician- POS to join our team in following cities: Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Bihac, Brcko, Tuzla, Zenica.

As a Customer Service Technician- POS, you will be responsible for assisting clients with technical issues related to our products and services. You will provide troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products by providing valuable feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions.

Responsibilities

    • Providing on site installations, repairs and upgrades of products following Customer Services plans, either by working alone or as a part of a team and under constant supervision
    • Resolving routine maintenance Incidents and Problems addressed either, directly, from customers and/or through the company’s Technical Escalation process
    • Developing to support the ongoing administration, troubleshooting and support of onsite customer systems of his expertise
    • Develop existing skills and knowledge, as well as, appropriate support resources to find resolution to customer incidents
    • Visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service; implement feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
    • Support the preparation and pre-installation process of maintained equipment
    • Repair of the Module and Parts at the repair centre
    • Spare Parts Management (maintaining a min stock of parts in van)
    • Supporting the ATM monitoring operations
    • Occasional stand-by over weekends and public holidays
    • Perform regular reporting to Customer Service Manager

Requirements

    • High School in Engineering, Computer science or field related to IT.
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
    • Experience in repairing electronic devices and mechanical parts.
    • Valid driving licence B-cat.
    • Familiarity with MS Environment.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills, business awareness and creativity.
    • Fluency in local and English language.

Advantage would be:

    • Experience with PoS systems
    • Experience with banking technologies, transaction processing and applications for self-service equipment
