Job Description
Atlantbh is looking for a person passionate about design and marketing to fill the role of a Graphic Designer. We are looking for someone ready to create visuals that will grab and keep our audiences’ attention at the same time communicating the Atlantbh brand and all it stands for. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the principles and trends for graphic design and social media and use this opportunity to apply their knowledge by joining our Talent amp; Marketing team.
Requirements
A sneak peak at what you will be doing
- Collaborating, brainstorming, and strategizing with team members, bringing creative insights and delivering visual materials that communicate our brand
- Designing our campaigns
- Designing visual content for our social media channels and Atlantbh website
- Communicating with print shops, partners and suppliers
- Developing and expanding brand guidelines
- Defining visual identity of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices
We expect you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience with a strong digital portfolio demonstrating a history of high-quality work
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- Knowledge of Sketch and/or Figma is a plus
- Web design, HTML and CSS skills are a plus
- Experience working with print materials design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web limitations
- Demonstrated working knowledge of design, brand development, and creative process
- Knowledge of social media and web design trends
- A deep understanding and appreciation of the creative industry
- Strong attention to detail, focus and consistency
- Knowing how to take a visual idea from good to great
- A great attitude and a desire to continuously develop professional skills
- Excellent communication skills
