System Engineer

Job Description
Atlantbh is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented System Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of system and network infrastructure. In this position you will be tasked with maintaining system availability, security, reliability and performance. Additionally, you will be involved with the design of various processes automations by collaborating closely with engineering teams and will be encouraged to gradually profile yourself into DevOps role.
Requirements
- Experience in Linux administration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience with Shell/Bash scripting
- Strong knowledge on network technologies, network design and administration
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies (Cloud and/or On Premises)
- Experience with centralized logging, monitoring and alerting systems
- Affinity for learning new technologies
- Experience with Configuration Management Tools is a plus (Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack etc.)
- Experience with Source Code Management Tools is a plus (Git, SVN etc.)
- Experience with Linux
